Details: On O9/O8/2004, SA I AMX3 met with I
I |of the United States Army Military Research Institute
of Infectious Diseases USAMRIID!. The purpose of the meeting
wa ' t 24, 2004 which was presentedito USAMRIID, by Amerlthrax. This
letter requested numerous items and documents from USAMRIID in
support of the Amerithrax investigation.

has reviewed the hard copy log of electron
microscopy from July 1982 to the present and has prepared a list
of everything that meets the description of sporepreparations. has also included in??ff]1ist samples
that could meet t is escription, for which the submitting
investigator did not provide enough information.

telephonically on 09/10/2004 that the negatives were not
required.!

the production o personnel records for FBI review ' . SA| |
advised that previously, who is no longer emp oyedby USAMRIID, would call SA] lwhen had pulled the
requested records. In a time y ashion, FBI Agents and Postal
Inspectors would come to USAMRIID to review these records and
make copies of any pages they found of interest. I |advised that this rocess can continue.| Iadvisedthat[:::::::::::::?:::]would now handle issues re ate to theUSAMRIID personnel files, and would contact SA[:::::]when the
files were ready.
Discussion ensued regarding the FBI request for
laboratory notes and computer files regarding Ames research and
Ames spore production. Bruce Ivins had forwarded an e-mail to
