letter signed | through the U. S. Mail in an
envelopelpostmarked Johnstown; _Pennsylvania, and dated
November 22,-_l976. Senator Schw'eiker's office turned this
letter over ~to the Federal Bureau of, Investigation headquarters
in Washington, _D., C. This letter cdntained a razor blade.
