Cartee J. Wood Friday Jan 20, 2017 at 2:00 AM Cartee J. Wood passed November 19, 2016. He was raised in the Shady Cove, Eagle Point, and Medford Oregon area. After his military service, he joined the Little Butte Mtn. Men club until he got his degree from OTI. Then he moved to Idaho where he spent 30 years in Research Metallography. He loved his family and friends, including them in all he did: Hunting, fishing, and camping, where he always had to go to the top of the Mt. to see the other side, white water rafting, sailing, or motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his father; Cartee Wood, mother; Ruth Jean Owen McGarvey, and brother; Craig Sullivan. He is survived by wife; Catherine Wood, boys; Andre Wood, and Thomas Fairbanks, sisters; Amber Wood, and Peggy Swan, grand-children, great-grand-children, and so many relatives who loved him so much. He is missed by all!
