Medford police arrested Rich late Thursday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Saturday on $20,000 bail. Theft — Cynthia Lynn Jordan, 33, of the 2700 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Jordan Friday on a charge of identity theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Saturday on $5,000 bail. Forgery — Kenneth Dale Jordan Jr., 24, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jordan Friday on two counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Robert Jay Byrne, 43, of White City. Medford police arrested Byrne late Friday on charges of possession of amphetamines and failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $9,000 bail. Criminal mischief — Augustus Paul Benson, 29, of the 2600 block of Carr Street, White City. Medford police arrested Benson Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and endangering another. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $12,000 bail. Advertisement Drugs — Virgil Howard Vanderpool, 29, of the 3800 block of Old Military Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Vanderpool Saturday on charges of possession and delivery of amphetamines after uncovering evidence during a traffic stop in White City. Vanderpool was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night without bail. Theft — Leroy Vernon Ragsdale, 23, of the 200 block of Gregory Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Ragsdale Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $15,000 bail. Theft — Jeremiah Daniel Ingraham, 19, no address listed. Medford police arrested Ingraham Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $15,000 bail. Theft — Daniel Kevin Stone, 18, of the first block of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Stone Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $15,000 bail. Hindering — Barbara Ann Simmons, 55, of the 100 block of Johnson Road, Jacksonville. A sheriff’s deputy arrested Simmons Saturday on a charge of hindering prosecution. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Saturday night. Drugs — Chris L. Lund, 43, of Applegate. Oregon State Police arrested Lund on charges of possession of amphetamines, possession of a concealed weapon, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on foot and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $22,000 bail.
