The male suspect is wanted for questioning in the recent theft of checks from a utility billing drop box at the Shop'n Kart shopping center in Ashland. The male was captured on video at Bank of America branches in Ashland and Roseburg as he was cashing checks, according to police. He is described as having a facial tattoo on his left cheek with the letters “RIP.” The suspect, whose name is still unknown, may be driving a newer red Infinity sedan, possibly with no license plates, according to police. Anyone who knows the name of the man or his whereabouts is asked to call the Ashland Police Department at 541-482-5211. The anonymous tip line is 541-552-2333 or [email protected].
