Christopher S. Sellars, 32, Klamath Falls, remains at large after allegedly ditching a vehicle along Highway 66. State police and county units were continuing to sweep the area around Hyatt Lake as of Monday afternoon. Sellars and two other male suspects allegedly fled from a traffic stop conducted by an Oregon State Police (OSP) trooper around 7:11 p.m., Friday. Sellars was allegedly driving a 1999 Ford SUV. According to the OSP, one of the suspects threw an explosive device at state troopers as the chase unfolded along Highway 66. Another suspect made calls reporting bomb threats at Mazama High School and Henley High School. The threats were determined to be unfounded after the schools were checked Friday night.
