A drought has water levels so low that it has unveiled a boat wreck that was previously underwater. Due to the drought, the boat now sits on dry land, and water hasn't been this low in decades. "The levels we're projected to reach haven't been this low since it started filling in 1969," said Heather Patno, a U.S. Bureau of Reclamation hydraulic engineer.
