Rachel Cooper and Scott McKay Sep 27, 2015 12:00 AM A A Rachel Cooper and Scott McKay were married June 26, 2015, at Belle Fiore Winery in Ashland. Pastor Brent Cisson of Heritage Christian Fellowship officiated the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Kathy Cooper of Ashland. She is a 1988 graduate of Ashland High School, and a 1992 graduate of University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in psychology. The groom is the son of Randy and Suzanne Bocchi of Klamath Falls. He is a graduate of Henley High School and Oregon Institute of Technology. He owns Atone General Contracting in Klamath Falls. Flower girl was the bride's daughter, Maile Parton.
