Cave Junction woman dies in auto accident O'BRIEN - A 34-year-old Cave Junction woman died and two other people were injured Monday after an apparently alcohol-related automobile crash near here, Josephine County sheriff's deputies said. Toni Louise Dominguez, of 111 Dick George Road, suffered fatal head and neck injuries in the 6:58 p.m. accident at the intersection of Lone Mountain Road and Naue Way. Dominguez was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a man who shared her address, Donald Leroy Best II, 26. Best was driving with a suspended license and a preliminary investigation indicated that alcohol was a factor in the accident, according to sheriff's deputies. Best was admitted to Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass. His condition was not immediately available. A second passenger, Rebecca Lynn Dodson, 28, of 1127 Deer Creek Road, Selma, was transported by Life Flight to Portland for treatment of noncritical injuries, officials said. Oregon State Police troopers are assisting with the investigation. Anyone with information should contact the Josephine County Sheriff's Office at 474-5123.
