Former Florida State student Erica Kinsman alleges that Winston spiked her drink at a bar and then took advantage of her while she was passed out at his apartment. Kinsman also says that after she reported the assault to campus police, she was pressured to re-think her decision to file the report due to Winston’s status on the school’s football team. Winston was cleared by FSU to play football, and Kinsman dropped out of school. QUOTE OF NOTE "The Minnesota Vikings have been informed by the NFL that Adrian Peterson has been reinstated. We look forward to Adrian re-joining the Vikings," the NFL team said in a statement released shortly after the league made its announcement. The news comes seven months after Peterson was suspended from playing football after being charged with child abuse.
