Three tie for title in SOC boys golf Chris Daggitt, Noah Horstman and Chris Shockey each posted 74s Monday to finish in a three-way tie for medalist honors at a four-way Southern Oregon Conference golf tournament at the Rogue Valley Country Club. Daggitt, of the North Medford Red, shot 36 on the front nine to take a one-stroke lead over Horstman (South Medford Blue) and a two-shot lead over Shockey (Roseburg Black). Horstman and Shockey climbed back to secure the tie on the back nine by shooting 37 and 36, respectively. Roseburg Black won with a score of 307, followed by South Medford Blue at 320. Ashland White�s Jesse Smith took second with a 75, while Davis� teammate, Joey Rossknecht, was third with a 78. South Medford�s Abby Fowler shot a 76 and led the Panthers to second place. Grants Pass won the team title with a 338 behind Johnna Nealy�s 77. North Medford was third at 368.
