Medford police arrested Murphy Friday on charges of first- and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Friday night on $25,000 bail. Robbery — Kelly Jean Leffler, 24, of the 5700 block of Gebhard Road, Central Point. Leffler appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with third-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Burglary — 1600 block of Pleasant Creek Road, Rogue River. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a break-in in which a microwave, a shop vacuum and other miscellaneous items were reported taken. The items reported stolen had a total estimated value of $200. Theft — 13400 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft of seats, skis and engine from a jet boat. A preliminary police report didn’t include an estimated value. Miscellaneous Wind damage — Randolph Street, Medford. Medford firefighters responded to a 40-foot evergreen that was toppled by the wind and crushed a fence about 8 p.m. Friday.
