A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Rosenbaum on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Thursday on $1 million bail. Forgery, theft — Alice May Parke, 23, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Parke on charges of first-degree forgery and first- degree theft. She was lodged in jail without bail. Failure to report — Joshua Matthew Adams, 19, of the 2300 block of Old Military Road, Central Point. A Central Point police officer Thursday arrested Adams on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail, where he remained on $5,000 bail. Forgery — Miguel Angel Rizo-Flores, 22, no known address. An Ashland police officer Thursday arrested Rizo-Flores on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Forgery — Terry Lee West, 39, of the 900 block of East Pine Street, Central Point. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested West on charges of first-degree forgery, first- degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree attempted theft and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $18,000 bail. Drugs — Candace Lynn Mitchell, 41, of the 4100 block of Cory Road, Central Point. A Medford police officer late Wednesday arrested Mitchell on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Advertisement Crime reports Burglary — 900 block of Holton Road. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and stole two guns and 60 compact discs valued at $5,000. Burglary — 14000 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and stole an electric guitar valued at $665. Theft — 300 block of East Fifth Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a theft in which a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup was stolen. Burglary — 100 block of Highland Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a burglary in which a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, a 12-gauge Remington shotgun and a Remington rifle were stolen. Miscellaneous Criminal mischief — Medford police cited two men Thursday on criminal mischief charges after officers caught them vandalizing city and private property, Lt. Mike Moran said. Erik J. Johnson, 18, of the 1100 block of Char Way and Juvenal Adan Vega, 18, of the 1700 block of Louise Avenue, were spotted by police at 1:13 a.m. near the intersection of South Columbus and Stewart avenues, using spray paint to vandalize a wall, Moran said. Police believe the pair spent much of the night spraying graffiti on property located between the intersection of Eighth and Lincoln streets and the area where they were caught, Moran said. Johnson and Vega will appear in Medford Municipal Court on the charges. They face court fines and may be forced to repay the city and private-property owners for damages, Moran said.
