Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend October 9, 2005 Crime Stoppers: Suspect wanted on parole violation Police need the public’s help in locating a 21-year-old convicted felon who has violated terms of his probation. Brandon Lee Evans’ criminal history starts with an arrest and conviction for second-degree theft in October 2003. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to community service and 18 months’ probation. Evans has additional arrests and convictions of physical harassment, carrying a concealed knife and multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance. Because he has failed to comply with the terms of his probation, a no-bail felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. Evans is described as a white male adult, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has the word "Evans" and a spider and web tattooed on his left forearm, pierced ears and a scar on his left elbow and wrist. The picture shown in today’s newspaper, taken July 29, is the most recent photo available. Those who see Evans or know of his whereabouts are asked to call Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 800-3-DETECT (800-333-8328) and refer to case No. MT-159. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case or any unsolved criminal activity. Callers can remain anonymous.
