Police reports, July 20 By Local report Jul 21, 2016 12:00 AM A A Wednesday, 8 a.m. — Police issued a citation for prohibited camping in the first block of Winburn Way. Wednesday, 11:25 a.m. — Police placed an individual in protective custody in the first block of Eighth Street. Wednesday, 1:38 p.m. — Property reported lost was found in the first block of North Main Street. Wednesday, 2:21 p.m. — An abandoned vehicle found in the 500 block of Morton Street was towed to impound. Wednesday, 4:02 p.m. — A 22-year-old man was cited for having an unattended dog in the first block of North Main Street. Wednesday, 5:36 p.m. — A 49-year-old man was cited in the first block of Winburn Way for having an open container in front of Lithia Park. Wednesday, 6:32 p.m. — A 38-year-old man was cited in the first block of Winburn Way for having an unattended dog. Wednesday, 8:01 p.m. — A 29-year-old man was arrested on multiple warrants at the intersection of Ashland Street and Lit Way. Wednesday, 8:46 p.m. — A 32-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the 1600 block of Ashland Street.
