Medford police Sunday arrested Elmore on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear in court and contempt of court. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs, sex offender — Jessie Samuel Arguelles, 25, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Arguelles on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, failure to register as a sex offender, failure to appear in court, a parole violation and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail on $23,000 bail. Drugs — Ashley Lynn Johansen, 31, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Johansen on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail on $33,000 bail. Drugs — Steven Daniel Hellervik, 31, of the 900 block of Alta Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Hellervik on charges of possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Hunter Roy McWilliams, 22, of the 300 block of Candis Drive, Eagle Point. Medford police Monday arrested McWilliams on charges of possession of methamphetamine, providing false information to police, third-degree theft and for warrants. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail. Theft — Megan Audrey Wallace, 29, of the first block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Wallace on a charge of first-degree theft. She was processed at the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Stephen Shaw Scates, 48, no known address. Ashland police Monday arrested Scates on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespassing and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail on $28,000 bail. Drugs — Russell Eugene Fry, 51, of Tulare, Calif. Medford police Monday arrested Fry on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
