described in Section 893.03(2) (c)2, Florida Statutes, or Methamphetamine as
described in Section 893.03(2)(C)4, or of any mixture containing Amphetamine
or Methamphetamine, or Phenylacetone, Phenylacetic acid or Pseudoephedrine or
Ephedrine in conjunction with other chemicals and equipment utilized in the
manufacture of Amphetamine or Methamphetamine, Contrary to the form of the
statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace and dignity
of the State of Florida.

be methamphe:amine. The substance field tested positive far methamphetanine,
and the baggie weighed approximately 30 grams. At that point, the offender
