Medford police Wednesday added charges of first-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine against Boardman. He was originally arrested Sept. 23 on charges of first-degree theft and failure to appear in court. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Identity theft — Aja Michelle Benefiel, 26, of the 100 block of Taylor Street, Talent. Medford police Wednesday added seven counts of identity theft against Benefiel. She was originally arrested Sept. 27 on charges of interfering with a police report and a parole violation. She remained lodged in jail without bail. Identity theft, forgery — Heather Lynn Cozart, 22, no known address. Medford police added charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, identity theft and second-degree attempted theft against Cozart. She was originally arrested Oct. 2 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of designer drugs and a parole violation. She remained lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Tawnya Marie Ayala, 34, of the 1300 block of Justice Court, Central Point. Medford police Tuesday arrested Ayala on charges of possession of methamphetamine and two out-of-county warrants. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $20,000 bail. Drugs, burglary, theft — Daniel Weston Hartz, 43, of the 1200 block of Sunset Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Hartz on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, three counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon, four counts of first-degree theft and first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Burglary, theft, vehicle theft --Wesley Dwayne Carson, 19, of the 2200 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Carson on four counts of first-degree burglary, eight counts of first-degree theft and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Mistreatment, drugs — Kathy Lynn Skurk, 23, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Skurk on charges of third-degree theft, first-degree criminal mistreatment and possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $20,000 bail. Burglary, theft — Brent Allen Bishop, 26, of the 500 block of Fairmont Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Bishop on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary — Cody James Woods, 18, of the 700 block of Highlands Drive, Medford. Woods appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Sean Patrick Olaughlin, 23, of the 200 block of Daisy Circle, Central Point. Central Point police Wednesday arrested Olaughlin on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault, harassment and interfering with a police report. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $16,000 bail. Sex abuse, sodomy — Michael Everett Robinson, 38, of the first block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. An Oregon State Police trooper Wednesday arrested Robinson on charges of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual penetration. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $3 million bail. Drugs --John Phillip Crawford, 37, of the 100 block of Wilson Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Crawford on warrants charging him with possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $20,000 bail. Burglary, theft — William Michael Daniels, 22, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Daniels on two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, two counts of first-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree theft and a probation violation.
