WORK HISTORY 1999-present Technician-Document Solutions I am responsible for repairing office equipment in the field. I have repaired Xerox copiers, faxes and printers. I also repair copiers that have networking and all in one features. 1998-1999 Xerox Technician-Columbia Xerographics I am responsible for my own territory including customer relations and inventory. Also I train new technicians on the low-volume machines. 1997-1998 Lead Xerox Technician-Primetek Services Incorporated Responsible for customer relations, repairing machinery and teaching new technicians how to do their job.
