Emergency services, May 6 Saturday May 6, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Theft — Arthur Paul Summers, 35, of the 1900 block of Erin Way, Medford. Ashland police arrested Summers Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and conspiring to commit first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle, possessing burglary tools and second-degree theft. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $27,500 bail. Coercion — Michael David Harris, 54, of the 200 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Harris Thursday on a felony charge of coercion and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail. Burglary — Michael Scott Fink, 35, of the 400 block of Fairmount Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Fink Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault, on misdemeanor charges of strangulation and resisting arrest, and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Ericka Jean Dean, 24, of the 1100 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. On Friday, Dean made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Susan Anne Medcalf, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Medcalf Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine. She remained lodged in jail Friday on $17,500 bail. Criminal Mischief — Jennifer Lynn Ostreicher, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Ostreicher Friday on felony charges of first-degree criminal mischief and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, reckless driving, hit-and-run, reckless endangering and contempt. She was lodged in jail Friday on $38,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 300 block of Earhart Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 12:27 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included Eclipse home stereo speakers, seven Victoria's Secret bags and two pairs of Miss Me jeans. The loss was valued at $1,456. Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of five stolen pairs of designer sunglasses at 5:17 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $1,800. Theft — 4900 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Honda truck-mounted pressure washer at 9:09 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $3,000. Theft — 1000 block of Welcome Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle in which 55 pairs of Prodesign sunglasses were reported stolen at 11:25 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $5,212.
