The 14,328-square-foot, three-story, 75-unit hotel, built in 2001 on 1.61 acres, is now managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts of Fairfax, Va., along with eight other properties, owned by subsidiaries of American Realty Capital Hospitality Trust. Four properties in Baton Rouge, La., two in Fort Wayne, Ind., and two in Flagstaff, Ariz., were also put under management by ARC Hospitality Trust. Founded in 2000, Crestline Hotels now operates 98 hotels, resorts, and conference and convention centers with nearly 15,000 rooms in 27 states and the District of Columbia. Partnership completes Mercedes property buy A partnership led by Matt Burkholder , who acquired the Medford Mercedes-Benz franchise in July 2014, has completed a $7 million purchase of the 4.6 acres of the auto dealership site at 3240 Crater Lake Ave. Burkholder-Woods Real Estate acquired the land from Texas-based Heller-Bird Real Properties, involving the principals of the previous ownership group, who bought the property from NFL Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott for just under $6.09 million in 2011. Bend group buys Sky View Center CENTRAL POINT — A Bend partnership has acquired the Sky View Center commercial complex at 4810 Table Rock Road from Carl and Linda Artner for $2.4 million. The 12,000-square-foot center has about a dozen tenants, including hardware supplier Fastenal and Esquire Piano, a repair and restoration shop. The site on just under 2 acres was developed in 2006. Rogue River Highway supermarket purchased ROGUE RIVER — Bernard Edstrom has acquired Market Basket, a 3,038-square-foot supermarket at 8900 Rogue River Highway, from Steve Ausland, Nancy Ausland and Jennifer Ausland. According to country records, the purchase price for the building on a half-acre lot constructed in 1963 was $400,000. Heritage Motors sells showroom building The owner of Heritage Motors has sold an adjacent building used as a showroom for vintage cars. Steve Curry , principal of CPC LLC, has sold a 7,550-square-foot building at 341 N. Central Ave., to FT LLC of Beaverton, led by Pacific Office Automation President Doug Pitassi . The sales price was $725,000. Curry acquired the property for $530,000 in 2002.
