Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Advertisement Email Story to a Friend February 23, 2006 Emergency services Felony arrests Warrants, resisting arrest — Eric Lee Stockton, 24, of the 7700 block of Harlin Drive, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Stockton on warrants charging him with possession of marijuana, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, two counts of reckless endangering, reckless driving. He also was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree attempted escape, resisting arrest and a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Vincente Gonzalez-Duran, 24, of the 1300 block of Beach Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Gonzalez-Duran on charges of possession of methamphetamine and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Pedro Valdovinos-Ceja, 34, no known street address, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Valdovinos-Ceja on charges of possession and delivery of marijuana and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Daniel Eli Shelby, 26, of the 2600 block of Foots Creek L Fork, Gold Hill. Shelby appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Brianna Lou Schauffler, 19, of the 400 block of Old Highway 62, Eagle Point. Schauffler appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of credit card fraud and two counts of second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Assault — Andre Belmont Clark, 42, of the 1300 block of Murray Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Clark on a charge of fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 600 block of North Fir Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which a Golden Tech mobility scooter valued at $2,500 was stolen. Vehicle theft — No known street address, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which a 1997 Ford Taurus valued at $3,000 was stolen.
