A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Webb on a warrant charging him with methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Rape — Nickolas Elvern Muir, 18, of the 6100 block of Thistle Lane, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s detective Tuesday arrested Muir on two counts of third-degree rape of a person under the age of 16, third-degree sexual abuse and furnishing liquor to a minor. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $18,000 bail. Drugs — Michael Jack Speiser, 46, of the 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Speiser on a warrant charging him with heroin possession. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $20,000 bail. Failure to register — Johnny Jason Greene, 27, no known address. An Ashland police officer Tuesday arrested Greene on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
