Central Point police arrested Hulse Monday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail until he posted cash on $5,000 bail and was released Tuesday morning. Drugs — Ronald Paul Kramer, 42, of the 100 block of Laurel Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Kramer Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail and remained jailed Tuesday night.
