Jackson County Community Corrections and Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon need your help in finding Joshua Raymond Jace Brewer, who turns 24 on July 21. In July 1998, Brewer was arrested and charged with second-degree rape by the Phoenix Police Department. On Jan. 22, 1998, he pleaded guilty to the charge and received a sentence of 10 years probation, was ordered to undergo treatment and required to register as a sex offender. Brewer violated the terms of his probation four times in 1999 and 2000 and on Feb. 11, 2000, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 20 months in prison. He was released in February 2001. Brewer has additional arrests and convictions for failure to register as a sex offender, second-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance, harassment, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and multiple parole violations. As a registered sex offender, Brewer is required by law to register his new address within 10 days of moving or within 10 days of his birthday. Brewer has recently registered with an address here in Medford but because he has violated the terms of his parole, a no-bail felony warrant has been issued for his arrest by the State Parole and Probation Board. The warrant is extraditable in Washington, Idaho and Montana. Brewer is described as a white male adult, 6 feet, weighing approximately 145 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. Brewer has a pierced left ear, a mole on his right cheek, a scar on his face and left knee and a tattoo of the word "Lea" in old English lettering on his right forearm.
