Medford police Friday arrested Cross on charges of possession of methamphetamine and three warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Shelia Jean Self, 42, of the 100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford.
