Daily Memo THE VALLEY Grange Co-op unveils new dividend program Grange Co-op is offering a new dividend program, extending dividend payments to nonmembers of the co-op for the first time. Under the new program, patronage dividends will be paid annually to those who purchase at least $500 worth of goods and services from the co-op. There is no sign-up fee for the new program and no voting rights are included. The co-op has paid dividends to its agricultural members for more than 65 years. For information, call the co-op at 664-1261. SBA district director will visit area March 16 Phil Gentry, district director with the Portland office of the Small Business Administration, will visit Medford on Thursday, March 16. Individual appointments to learn about SBA business loan programs and how to qualify for them can be arranged by calling Rogue Community College's Small Business Development Center at 772-3478.
