An Eagle Point police officer Wednesday arrested Depuy on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and four counts of failure to pay court fines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Wednesday on more than $2 million bail. Theft, burglary — Kevin Wayne Jackson, 40, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Jackson on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree burglary and second-degree trespass. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $11,000 bail. Hit-and-run driving — Dean Allen Cady, 34, of the 800 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Cady appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of hit-and-run driving and a probation violation. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jessica Danielle Hill, 22, of the 11800 block of Perry Road, Central Point. Hill appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with marijuana possession and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Forged instrument — Mario Rene Rodriguez, 23, of Indio, Calif. An Oregon State Police trooper Wednesday arrested Rodriguez on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail.
