Liz Jones Jan 26, 2012 12:00 AM A A Local Americana and folk musician Liz Jones will play original tunes at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at the Playwright Public House, 258 A St. Jones plays straightforward, flat-pick rhythm guitar and mandolin and sings with a voice that belies her Southern roots. In addition to her original songs, Jones will play covers by Alison Kraus, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson and Bonnie Raitt. There is no cover.
