Medford police Sunday added a racketeering charge to Rusciano, who was jailed Sept. 9 on identity theft and other charges. He remained lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel Rene Esparza, 72, of the first block of Quince Street, Medford. Central Point police Monday arrested Esparza on charges of possession of amphetamine, driving under the influence of intoxicants and furnishing false information to police. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $12,000 bail. Drugs — Shayne Gabriel Hill, 23, of the 200 block of Glenview Drive, Ashland. Central Point police Sunday arrested Hill on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday because of jail overcrowding. Weapons — Sherie J. Keller, 47, of the 400 block of East Rapp Road, Talent. Talent police Monday arrested Keller on charges of attempting to use and carry a weapon, being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a person, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday for allegedly violating her parole from previous convictions. Drugs — Kristi Gayle Anderson, 28, of the 2600 block of Avenue A, White City. Medford police Monday arrested Anderson on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamines and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $29,000 bail. Assault — Kenneth Waldow McCoard, 46, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested McCoard on charges of third-degree assault, hit-and-run driving involving an injury, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and driving while suspended. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $41,000 bail.
