Jackson County records 80 new COVID-19 cases By Vickie Aldous By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Oct 22, 2021 04:39 PM A A County reports no new deaths Jackson County reported 80 new COVID-19 cases Friday and no deaths. Statewide, the Oregon Health Authority recorded 1,517 new COVID-19 cases Friday and 10 additional COVID-19-related deaths. Those who died ranged in age from 50 to 96 and lived in Klamath, Washington, Multnomah, Harney, Marion, Malheur and Linn counties, OHA said. The state has reported 357,526 cases and 4,284 COVID-19-related deaths during the pandemic.
