Medford police Monday arrested Helms on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Connor James Holland, 23, of the first block of South Buchanan Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Holland on charges of possession of methamphetamine, first-degree trespass and violating the conditions of his parole from a previous drug conviction. was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Marlena Virginia Hines, 30, of the 100 block of Sawyer Road, Shady Cove. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Hines on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, furnishing false information to police and for failing to appear on previous drug and theft charges. Medford police Monday arrested Nguyen on a charge of first-degree theft and for violating the conditions of his parole on a past robbery conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Patrick Ryan Preston, 43, 1100 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Preston on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespassing and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drunken driving — Kelly Rae Wik, 57, of Portland. Wik made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Theft — Gerald Ross Mersereau, 30, of the 1800 block of Barbur Street, White City. Talent police Monday arrested Mersereau on charges of identity theft and first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Mark Alan Detamore, 51, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Detamore on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jacob Charles Rouse, 38, no known address. Rouse made his initial appearance in court Monday on a charge of possession of heroin. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 1500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report at 6:43 a.m. Sunday of the theft of two bicycles and vandalism to a bike rack and lock. The loss was valued at $2,400. Theft — 3100 block of Almeda Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:26 a.m. Sunday of the theft of a DVD/CD player from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,000.
