Phoenix, Arizona - Mayor and Police Chief condemn action taken by two officers By Ian Berenger Jun 17, 2019 12:23 PM A A Police officers in Phoenix, Arizona are seen on camera shouting obscenities with guns drawn and roughing up a man and his pregnant wife outside of an apartment complex. The police department had been called when the daughter of the family walked out of dollar store with a Barbie doll in her hand. The Mayor and Police chief have both condemned what happened and the family has filed a $10 million dollar civil lawsuit saying they believed they were going to be shot when the guns were drawn.
