Kinney in seventh at golf tourney Tai Kinney is in seventh place after the second of three rounds Wednesday of the Oregon Junior Stroke Play Championship at the OGA members course in Woodburn. The 16-year-old Medford golfer has a 14-over-par 156 total. Kinney has posted rounds of 79 and 77 on the par-72 layout. The 18-player select field was reduced to the top nine after the first two rounds. Allison Hanna of Portland leads the tournament with a 147.
