A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Page on 17 counts of tampering with drug records, 17 counts of possessing synthetic drugs and 17 counts of an additional controlled substance offense. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Thursday on $294,000 bail. Weapons — Richard Alan Krueger, 63, of the 600 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Krueger appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and endangering. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Animal abuse — Richard Arnold Borthwick, 45, of the 300 block of Pine Street, Phoenix. Borthwick appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with aggravated first-degree animal abuse, first-degree animal abuse and improper use of 9-1-1. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Eluding — Jamin Emmanuel Burchard, 18, of the 10000 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. Burchard appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft, drugs — Steven Eugene Granger, 54, of the first block of West Jackson Street, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Granger on charges of first-degree theft and methamphetamine possession, and seven warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $124,000 bail. Drugs — John Eric Dacosta, 49, of the 100 block of Cottage Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Dacosta on charges of methamphetamine possession and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail and later released on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Walter Dan Delamar, 25, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper late Wednesday arrested Delamar on charges of methamphetamine possession, driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $22,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 200 block of Mariposa Terrace, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a theft in which a wedding ring valued at $5,000 was stolen. Burglary — 2000 block of Antelope Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a burglary in which multiple storage sheds were broken into.
