Emergency Services, July 7 Jul 07, 2015 12:00 AM A A Felony Arrests Theft — Michelle Eliz Morales-Santiago, 38, of Albany. Morales-Santiago made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of first-degree theft, 15 counts of second-degree theft and one count of third-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Jarvis Orland James Gronholm, 29, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Gronholm on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and violating the conditions of his parole on a previous identity theft conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Chad Sterling Nichols, 46, of the 7600 block of Division Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Nichols on charges of possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault, possession of contraband, second-degree disorderly conduct and on an out-of-county warrant for driving while suspended. He was lodged Monday in jail on $27,000 bail. Theft— Cheney Nash Hascall, 21, of the 100 block of Lincoln Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Hascall on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Eric Matthew Taylor, 50, of the 5100 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Medford police Monday arrested Taylor on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Mikayla Joy Kelly, 23, no known address. Kelly made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of identity theft. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Vehicle theft — Konnor Allan Lewis, 21, no known address. Phoenix police Monday arrested Lewis on charges of unauthorized used of a motor vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous robbery conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Crime reports Burglary — 700 block of Grant Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 2:15 p.m. Sunday of a burglary at a residence from which four guns and miscellaneous jewelry was stolen. The loss was valued at $3,500. Theft — the 3400 block of Blueblossom Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 11:30 a.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous tools from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,500.
