Phoenix stays alive in tourney CORVALLIS -- Jessica Prisbrey scored 11 points as Phoenix outlasted Scappoose for a 46-43 win Wednesday in the consolation round of the Oregon girls' Class 3A high school basketball tournament. Prisbrey added eight rebounds and Beth Nikoym scored nine points for the Pirates (15-9), who trailed 26-16 at halftime but scored 30 points in the second half to take the win. Lisa Sorensen scored 14 to lead Scappoose (15-11), while Emily Poster added 11 points and seven rebounds. Kim Engh also had 11 points.
