Medford police arrested Rubert late Saturday on a charge of possessing methamphetamine and on suspicion of being a fugitive from Nevada wanted on drug charges. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Assault — Amber Eileen Gibbon, 28, of the 500 block of Allison Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Gibbon late Saturday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged in jail and released Sunday after posting $5,000 bail. Drugs — Travis Evan Thomson, 25, of the 600 block of Valley View Road, Talent. Medford police arrested Thomson early Sunday on charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, supplying contraband and violating probation conditions of drug convictions. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Sunday in lieu of $35,000 bail. Drugs — Alberto Castro, 23, no permanent address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Castro Sunday on charges of possessing methamphetamine and failing to appear in Medford Municipal Court on misdemeanor counts of driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail but released several hours later on because of overcrowding. Computer crime — Jeremy Joseph O'Bonnon, 18, of the 1100 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Central Point police arrested O'Bonnon Sunday on charges of computer crime, fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft.
