Sphinx Virtuosi: The chamber orchestra, led by the Catalyst Quartet, is made up of 18 of the nation’s top Black and Latino classical soloists of the Sphinx Competition. They've come together as an ensemble to perform works by John B. Hedges, Coleridge Taylor Perkinson, Jessie Montgomery, Marcus Goddard and Aaron Copland at venues around the country. The program also will include a performance by the Catalyst Quartet.
