He was arrested by Phoenix police Thursday for first-degree aggravated theft and a misdemeanor. Ceremony was released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Christopher Paul Coonce, 38, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for failing to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors. Coonce was released on his own recognizance. Online sexual corruption of a child — Justin Ezra Costa, 28, of the 8500 block of Golden Idol, Las Vegas. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies for one count each of first-degree and second-degree online sexual corruption of a child and one count of luring a minor. Costa bailed out of the Jackson County Jail. Assault — Angelo Anthony Flores, 28, of the 300 block of Engle Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic violence, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Flores is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $150,000 bail. Not reporting a sex offender — Jason Michael Ostreicher, 38, of the 700 block of Highland Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Ashland police Thursday for failure to report as a sex offender, a misdemeanor and a parole violation. Ostreicher is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Sexual abuse — Gerardo Pilar Torres, 34, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. He was arrested by Central Point police Thursday for two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. Pilar Torres is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $507,500 bail. Identity theft — Gabriel Eduardro Ponce, 24, of the 400 block of Midway Road, Medford. He was arrested by Jackson County deputies Thursday for failing to appear for identity theft, misdemeanors and a parole violation. Ponce is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Eluding –— Crystal Rose Sausedo, 34, of the 800 block of Schroeder Lane, Grants Pass. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failing to appear for eluding police by vehicle, felony warrants issued in Josephine and Lane counties and multiple misdemeanors. Sausedo is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $275,000 bail. Strangulation — Steven Roger Ward Jr., 31, of no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Thursday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and a probation violation. Ward is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.
