Medford police arrested Kinsella early Tuesday on a parole violation. He faced added charges Wednesday of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on foot, reckless driving and two counts of hit and run. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Jerry David Green, 51, of the 4900 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Green late Tuesday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. There also was a warrant for his arrest stemming from his failure to appear in court on a charge of contempt. He was jailed on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Sunni Suzanne Smith, 20, of the 500 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Oregon State Police arrested Smith early Wednesday on charges of possession of and driving under the influence of methamphetamine. She was jailed on $9,000 bail. Theft — Maryann Garcia, 22, of the 100 block of West Clark Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Garcia Wednesday on four counts of first-degree theft and four counts of negotiating a bad check. She was jailed on $36,000 bail. Identity theft — Jason Scott Desomer, 19, of the 500 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. Desomer appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with identity theft and computer crime. He was booked in jail and released. Crime report Stolen vehicle — Medford police Wednesday received a report that a 1984 silver BMW with Idaho license plate 6C15044 was stolen from the 700 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford.
