[Mail Tribune/file photo] Foothill Road at Normil Terrace will be closed for periods of time between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 28-29, as crews from the city of Medford perform storm drain culvert maintenance, according to a news release from the city. Drivers should expect flaggers and traffic controls to be in place, the city said.
