Emergency services, Aug. 26 By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Aug 26, 2022 12:19 PM A A Felony arrests Drugs — Lars Erik Emanuelsson, 34, of no known address. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Emanuelsson Wednesday on charges of unlawful delivery and possession of methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, attempting to elude police by foot, providing false information to police, coercion and menacing. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bail. Vehicle theft — Steve Wayne Fennell, 37, of the 2000 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Fennell Wednesday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and reckless endangering. Fennell was lodged in jail on $1,750 bail. Sex abuse — Douglas Keith Hagee, Jr., 52, of the 1800 block of Cloverline Drive, Grants Pass. Jackson County Sheriff deputies arrested Hagee Thursday on charges of first-degree child sex abuse. He was lodged in jail without bail. Fugitive — Michael Amiel Herrera, 43, on the 700 block of Medford Center, Medford. Medford police arrested Herrera Wednesday as a fugitive from the state of Washington. He was not listed in jail records Friday. Vehicle theft — Dominic Agapito Earl Fletes, 22, of the 1600 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. Fletes appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Fletes was lodged in jail on $10,000 for vehicle theft, $7,500 for mail theft and violating parole conditions on convictions of mail theft, identity theft and forgery. Robbery — David Rae Nix, 30, of the 300 block of Ashland Avenue, Ashland. Nix appeared in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree robbery and first-degree theft. Nix was lodged in jail on $110,000 bail and lesser theft charges. Weapons — Martin Anthony Barajas, 24, of the 7000 block of Hale Way, White City. Barajas appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, altering or obliterating firearm identification numbers, delivery of methamphetamine and a felony charge of unlawful possession of marijuana by a person over 21. Barajas was lodged in jail on $35,000.
