Ashland school makeup day announced Monday Jan 16, 2017 at 2:30 PM Jan 16, 2017 at 4:19 PM Local report Students in Ashland public schools will attend school Friday, March 24, to make up one of the four days lost to snow closures earlier this month, the district has announced. The district is still considering how it will make up the other three days that were canceled Jan. 3-6, and, in a message posted on the Ashland School District website, asked families to plan for school to be in session the week of June 12. Updated school calendars for the district are available at www.ashland.k12.or.us. The last day of the 2016-17 school year is currently slated for Thursday, June 8, for sixth- and seventh-graders, and the following day for everybody else.
