A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Cutting on charges of second- degree assault, fourth-degree assault, harassment and unlawful use of a weapon. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Friday on more than $1 million bail. Drugs — Donald Franklin Thomas, 30, of the 100 block of De Hague Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Thomas on charges of delivery of a controlled substance near a school, possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Theft, forgery, identity theft — Julie Anne Nelson, 51, of the 3800 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. A Phoenix police officer Friday arrested Nelson on charges of first- degree theft, first-degree forgery and two counts of identity theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $4,000 bail. Drugs — Holly Elizabeth Burcham, 32, of the 900 block of Grant Avenue, Medford. Burcham appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of possession of methamphetamine and three counts of probation violation. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $30,000 bail. Sex abuse, sodomy, unlawful sexual penetration — Alfred Lee Duca, 18, of the 3000 block of State Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Duca on three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy, first-degree attempted sexual penetration and private indecency. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on more than $4 million bail. Drugs — Michael Scott Gosney, 43, of the 200 block of Forest Creek, Jacksonville. A sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Gosney on charges of possession of marijuana and contempt of court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $10,000 bail. Advertisement Drugs — Leah Marie Rodriguez, 36, of the 900 block of Schafer Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Rodriquez on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary, drugs — Peggy Lynn Gentry, 52, of the 300 block of King Street, Medford. Gentry appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with four counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and possession of designer drugs. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 800 block of Biddle Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report that a compact disc player, speaker and compact discs were stolen from a residence. The total value of the items was listed as $1,200. Theft — 2000 block of College Way, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report in which a compact disc player, speakers, an amplifier and 90 compact discs were stolen from a vehicle. The total value of the items was listed as $1,700. Vehicle theft — 7800 block of Harlan Drive, White City. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report in which a vehicle of unknown make and model was stolen. The value of the vehicle is unknown. Burglary — 600 block of South Stage Road, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report in which scuba gear valued at $4,000 was stolen from a residence. Vehicle theft — 400 block of West Rolling Hills, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday took a report in which two 4-wheelers were stolen. The value was listed as $9,000.
