March 11. 2015 2:00AM Norma Catherine Morgan Norma Catherine Morgan, 86, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Providence Hospital in Medford. She was born December 10, 1928 in James, Texas to James Eli McCoy and Vera Mae Wyatt. On March 8, 1946, Norma married Carl Morgan and moved to Oregon, settling in Jacksonville for 58 years. Above all, Norma was a woman of faith, devoting her life to her family. She went to heaven on her 69th wedding anniversary. Norma is survived by her husband, Carl; daughters, Carleen Lawrence and Carolyn Morgan; grandsons, Morgan Yates, Nicholas and Nathan Niemeyer, Levi Morgan; great-grandsons, Killian Davis and Carter Yates; sisters, Virginia Jones and Hazel Redmon; as well as numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her son, Carl "Tony" Morgan; sister, Jeffri Robbins; brothers, Loyce and Jim McCoy; and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Jacksonville cemetery.
