  Teen critically injured in late-night train mishap   A Gold Hill teen who was run over by a cargo train remained in critical condition late Friday at the Rogue Valley Medical Center.   Joshua Wayne Rosecrans, 18, of 5096 Kane Creek Road, was apparently lying between the railroad tracks about 200 yards south of Sardine Creek Road when a Central Oregon & Pacific Railroad train rolled over him.   Jackson County sheriff's deputies said Rosecrans apparently passed out. A preliminary blood screening showed his blood alcohol level at 0.31, officials said. The state legal limit is .08.   Sgt. Terry Larson said it appeared that Rosecrans was unconscious when he was struck by the train. He suffered a head injury.   It remained unclear late Friday how Rosecrans ended up between the railroad tracks, or why his blood alcohol level was so high, Larson said.
