Penney at Rogue Valley Mall, 1600 N. Riverside Ave., Medford. The contest starts at 9:30 a.m. Entry fee is $10. Entry forms are available at the J.C. Penney Portrait Studio. The contest is open to babies 5 months to 16 months. Categories are quickest smile, bluest eyes, prettiest hair and chubbiest. All entrants are eligible for Baby Bud and Baby Blossom titles. Ashland Easter Egg Hunt: The Rotary Club of Ashland presents the 56th annual Easter egg hunt Sunday, April 5, at noon near the tennis courts in Lithia Park, along Winburn Way, Ashland. Festivities begin with the arrival of the Easter Bunny at noon, with the Easter egg hunt beginning promptly at 1 p.m. Kids in five age groups will have their own sections for hunting.
