The fire was reported at 1134 W. Ninth St. A witness saw the man light a fire, then walk off, heading westbound on Eighth Street. Police made an arrest, but later released that person after detectives determined they'd gotten the wrong man. Anyone with information on the person in the photo should contact Medford police at 541-774-2230.
