PREP GOLF Caplan brothers lead Phoenix golfers to win GRANTS PASS -- The Phoenix High boys golf team used a 79 from Jason Caplan and an 82 from his brother, Nic, in winning a three-team tournament at Grants Pass Golf and Country Club.
